Mecenate 76/1 Bis Building

Back to the front building start a lot of warehouses where Caproni’s monoplanes, biplanes and screws were  manufactured, starting from the beginning of the last century. In the first building there was the Eng. Giovanni Caproni’s office and designers headquarter.

Two floors are divided in several rooms of different sizes, as shown in the planning.

Available units are indicated with the letters A,B,C,D,E,F on the ground and first floor’s planning and described in referred lists. Flexibility of the building is a must.

Each unit can be used independently  or joint to one or more units to make a multifunctional residential complex.
